DistOZpia (old and abandoned world-building project)

A distorted reimagination of The Wizard of Oz. It's a story about young adult Dorothy who came back to the land of the Oz which is corrupted again for unknown reasons. Now she has to gather her old friends and try to reform the Oz with old witch's tools.
Back then, I didn't even know how to construct a fantasy world coherently, so there are SO MANY concept holes in this bundle of ideas. But still, I believe there's a charm and there's a way to revive this project. Will this be a video game? A comics? Who knows? Until the day comes, these will just remain as a part of the dark, edgy side of my high school-era history.

Dorothy came back to the land of Oz. Now she equipped other old tools of the witch of the east, who is basically deceased at the start of the original story.

Toto was a normal dog, but he gets killed in the early part of DistOZpia storyline. Now he is revived with the munchkin biotech.

After utterly failing at ruling the reformed land of Oz, Scarecrow ran away from the Emerald City and is living as a pitiful gambler.

Tinman found his heart, but he still wanted to find his old self. He is almost close there, but the only mechanic who could upgrade him is dead now. With the malformed visage, Tinman is nowhere to go.
